Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Dominator website, Dominator desktop software, and related licensing services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using Dominator, you agree to these Terms.

Account and license

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials confidential. A paid subscription grants a personal, non-transferable license to use Dominator on the number of devices stated in your entitlement (currently one active device per account), subject to these Terms and our license policy.

Acceptable use

You may not share, resell, rent, or publicly redistribute Dominator builds, license tokens, or account credentials. You may not attempt to bypass device limits, entitlement checks, or payment requirements. We may suspend or revoke access for abuse, chargebacks, or Terms violations.

Billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Subscription renewals, cancellations, and refunds are described in our Refund Policy. Canceling stops future charges; access continues through the end of the paid period unless otherwise stated.

Game bans and account penalties

Using Dominator with any game, platform, or online service may violate that publisher's or platform's terms of service and may result in penalties, including temporary or permanent account bans, suspensions, or other enforcement actions. You are solely responsible for complying with applicable game terms and local law, and you assume all risk arising from such use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dominator and its operators are not liable for any bans, suspensions, lost accounts, lost progress, lost purchases, or other losses related to game or platform enforcement. The Service is provided without any warranty regarding anti-cheat compatibility or freedom from detection or enforcement.

Disclaimer

Dominator is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dominator disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Use of the software is at your own risk.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
